I just found this organic strawberry patch right next to my house that sells a humongous bag of the best strawberries I've ever tasted for $5. Now we're hooked, and we eat strawberries at almost every meal.

I just really looked into Raising Veg Children section, and I am addicted. Nope no kids for me but I am a live-in nanny (and take care of a three year old boy and a nine month old girl) full time plus. Basically for the whole time they are awake. Anyway, they are not a vegetarian family, but I try to feed Tris (the three year old) vegan whenever I can. I'll leave out the non vegan bits and start talking about what vegan things I've given him. He actually eats mostly vegetarian and very healthy. He loooves his vegetables! It's amazing.
Anyway, for our dinner tonight we had spanish rice and black bean burritos with red lettuce and red onions and salsa. Loads of strawberries for dessert! Mmm!

This morning my son had:
- reheated (vegan) matzo ball soup
- soy yogurt (vanilla)
- WW toast
- water
He's had a bit of an upset stomach, so he didn't eat much, but I think this food helped. :)
