McDonalds

Have tried the quorn thing at mcdonalds and have got to say i wasn't very impressed though that had more to do with the chilli sauce than anything else. Never tried their vegetarian burger but knew they did one so when i was in a mcdonalds in Florida i asked for a veggie burger. I got some strange looks from the people behind the counter. Obviously veggie burgers not an option in Florida.

I want to live somewhere where restaurants have vegetarian dishes! :D

McD doesn't have a veggie burger here in Denmark, most real restaurants doesn't have veggie dishes as I know they have in other countries. It's sooo hard to eat out here if you're a vegetarian, I'd imagine it'd be impossible if you were vegan. :( However, if you go somewhere really nice, they'll often make you something special if you say you're a veg*n, but being a student I don't have the money to go somewhere really nice very often. :p

Whenever I go to mcdonalds I always get a meddley side salad and one BBQ sauce.

lol. I did actually send a nice email to mcdonalds regarding the old vegetable deluxe, and i basically said that I think its replacement is awful. i got a nice letter back, basically saying "We find it necessary to change our products from time to time" but I can't say I'm in a hurry to eat at mcdonalds.
