My local Wild Oats now carries Tofurkey Jurky. This is the greatest snack ever! It is better than a Slim Jim, which I ate like 15 years ago!! It is filled with protein and is 100% vegan. I have had other "fake" beef jerky, but this is so delicious and much better than the others. If you like any other Tofurkey products, this is on the same quality level !!!

Are these better than the Primal Strips?
I've gotten hooked on those bad boys lately.
The teriyaki seitan ones are wonderful.

Magyka, I totally agree with you. Torfurkey Jerky is the best Jerky I've ever tasted! I've never seen Primal Strips for sale, I'd love to try those.
For some reason, the stores I go to don't carry a good selection of veg. jerky. Where do you guys buy it?

I just saw this today at my whole foods! I was really tempted to try some but I resisted, as I reminded myself I don't really like the taste of turkey. For those of you who have tried it, what does it taste like? i've never really tried jerky of any kind, but I know some have that smokey-type flavor. Is that what this one is like too?

I think they're dog treats.

Oh I just tried Primal Strips today (texas bbq flavor)... YUCK. Very gross. I had to spit it out.
I'm sticking with Stonewall Jerquee. I love that stuff! Original Wild is the best (so long as I have a glass of water nearby!). Original Mild is good too.
The dog treats are Beggin' Strips. :p

I know, I was teasing. :p
I didn't care too much for Stonewall's, didn't like the texture, it was too dry. It was a lot cheaper than Tofurky Jerky though. :-/

I thought tofurky jerky was good tasting but it was too chewy for me.That's why I like primal strips,I still have all my teeth when I'm done eating :D
