Hello,

Something crossed my mind when i was reading a Fruitarian Fondation it said in the beggining weight loss will be dramatic and then your body will gain weight.I was wondering is that true because i am trying to loose about 10-20 pounds and was worrying that maybe it would come back after a while?It confuses me LOL!
