I just picked up some of these Vigoraid meal replacements. Basically cause, they appear vegan and it seems I have little time for breakfast these days.
My question is, before I grab one some morning in lue of some other morsel - um, how do they taste? Are they absolutely gross? Tolerable? Thick? Runny?
Has anyone else had them?

Well anyone, I just opened one up. Not too bad, compared to other meal replacements I've had. Got the chocolate flavor... Reccomend it, taste-wise. I don't know, 12 grams protein, six grams fiber, lots of vitamins? A good snack, yes.

Where did you get them? I am always on the lookout for shakes/bars to keep in my car in case of a hunger emercency. Most vegan ones are gross.Except luna and cliff bars,of coarse :lick:

how is it, calorie- and calcium-wise?

Chocolate flavor is 260 calories, 12 grams protein, 40% daily calcium. I think vanilla is around 230 calories. I got it at a HFS, so... Probably something you'd have to hunt down a bit.

I've been using NATURADE Total Soy for about a week as a meal replacement. Not to lose weight but to acutally have a meal. I have the Strawberry flavour and it's not all that tasty. But I don't really like anything strawberry flavoured. It's completely vegan and high in vitamins & minerals.

I've tried naturade in the past and was not a fan of the taste.

I bought some Vigoraide the other day, due to this post
However, the first carton I opened was all custardy and chunky...i tossed it. The second one i opened was perfectly fine, and tasty. heh. but yeah anyways, that first one was weird and sorta freaked me out; any reason why it could've been like that?
