There is a store in WEM called "T & T superstore." It's an asian grocery store. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options.
Check out the freezer section. They have stewed "mutton", "fish" cakes, a small round of "ham", etc. Great selection of soy milks (although, many aren't fortified, so be careful if you need B12 and calcium) and tofus.
