B - Raisin Bran with vanilla soymilk and some extra raisins thrown in
L - hummus, sprout, spinach, and tomato sandwich
D - quinoa, chard, and tofu
I also had some fortified orange juice, fruit, and oatmeal raisin cookies.

so far: a blueberry crisp clif bar and i'm working on a grape fruit leather. haven't decided about dinner yet.

breakfast- strawberry poptart. no icing because i recently found out that the icing has gelatin in it =[
lunch- banana, peach yogurt, grapes, and some crackers
snack- cheese quesidilla with tomatos and avacados.
dinner- havent eaten it yet but i think its going to end up being a morningstar veggie burger on whole wheat bun and vegan cheese

Breakfast - Pumpkin "Cheesecake" Oatmeal, sultanas, half a dried banana
Snack - Veggie slice, kiwifruit
Lunch - Zucchini noodles & vegan alfredo sauce, spinach salad with cheatin' ham, baked beans
Snack - PB on a corn tortilla
Dinner - Couscous with sweet potato, almonds and cranberries plus stirfry veg :)

Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast:Organic Toasted Oats Cereal (Cereal Bowl Size)
Organic Vanilla Rice Milk
Banana
Lunch: 2 slices of Spinach and Garlic pizza w/o cheese
Dinner: Peanut Butter and Jelly on Rye.
Today I ate, So far:
Breakfast: Banana-Walnut Pancakes
Lunch: Morningstar chik'n patty on wheat wrap, lettuce and ketchup

Breakfast - Raisin Bran with soymilk, and a bunch of wild blueberries, strawberries, and cherries
Lunch - a hummus, sprout, and tomato sandwich
Snack - 2 homemade vegan oatmeal raisin cookies
Dinner - whole wheat spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce and garlic bread made from English muffins (also whole wheat)
Bedtime snack - maybe a bowl of cereal, some fruit, a glass of fortified orange juice, or some chips with salsa

Breakfast: Toast with scrambled eggs, juice.
Lunch: Carrot, pasta with homemade pesto and local cheese.
Snack: Almonds, fresh peach.
Dinner: Chickpea, tvp, vegetable soup with potatoes.
Snack: Warm milk with honey, organic cereal.

Ahhh you all are killing me! I'm so unhealthy compared to everyone who posted :( For breakfast I had chili top ramen. It has no meat stuffs in it but the maruchan version does. It really helps give me energy. Some blueberry pie, a heated up frozen bean burrito, a honeybun, popcorn and I'm getting kind of hungry now.
..... After seeing what I wrote.... I think I'm going to gets some spinach and make a salad -_-' and maybe have a nectarine
Yeah I'm a junkfood veggie

I wouldn't worry about it. It wouldn't hurt to throw in a few extra fruit and veggies in there but you're not eating a dangerously awful diet imo.
Plus, you can't be sure that what everyone says on the internet is true anyway and there's also been studies done about when people recored their own food intake compared to when others (such as their SO) record what they eat- people tend to miss out "treats" and junk when they record what they eat themselves, often unintentionally.
And then there's the fact that other junk-foodies don't post :p

B - Raisin Bran with soymilk, a piece of toast with pb, and a ton of fresh strawberries and wild blueberries
L - a pb&j sandwich and some fortified orange juice
Snack - 2 Sweet & Sara marshmallows and a piece of toast with EB and cinnamon sugar
D - Pad Thai with broccoli, shredded carrot, sprouts, and some peanut butter
I guess I was really craving peanut butter today! haha

Let's see.. not particularly interesting but whatever! :D
Breakfast - bowl of cornflakes with milk
Lunch - crisp sandwich on wholemeal bread, cherry tomatoes
Snack - slice of bread with jam (wow, healthy)
Tea - pasta, quorn chicken pieces, tomato and peas (yum).

breakie: 1/2 banana and 1 bowl Rice Krispies w/soy milk
lunch: 2c. salad (spinach, mushrooms, lettuce, carrots, avacado) w/tahini dressing. slice of banana bread, banana ball (dessert thing)
dinner: 2/3 of a 350g tofu pkg flavored w/ nutritional yeast and flax seeds, 1/4cup brown rice, an apple
I hit an all time low weight today, so I am trying to eat more! :rockon:

Breakfast: Slice of Whole grain bread from local bakery with a laughing cow light garlic herb
Lunch: "No baked,baked apples" and a veggie patty with Tzatziki, green pepper, and black olives with a lettuce "wrap"
Snack: Toasted Whole grain bread
Dinner: Pasta with black beans,tomato, and garlic sauce
Snack: Ben and Jerry's buried treasures sorbet :D

Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: Bowl of fruit salad.
Lunch: Jam sandwich
Some More lunch later on: Huge salad sanwich.
Snack: Vegan chocolate.
Dinner: Tofu and heaps of veggies.
Dessert: Mousse. :D

breakfast: i fried mushrooms in butter (we had no oil) and ate with hashbrowns.
then about an hour ago i had halfcooked rice and cold vegetarian curry sauce.
im hungry :(

breakfast- raisin bran cereal, and fruit smoothie that contained ice cream, a banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspeberries, and flax seed
lunch- PB&J, granola bar, apple, banana
dinner- Spaghetti with tomato sauce, veggie burger, eggplant

So far I had some salad and blueberries.
At lunch I'm having broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with an apple.
And supper I'll probably make some sort of pasta with veggie meat balls.
And who knows what I'll eat in between. =p
