Let's see . . . at least 8 pieces of toast . . . and half a ton of stuff that I don't know what to call . . . okay, more like a kilogram (2.2 lbs) . . . um . . . an apple. Some stuff I don't remember. And something I ate yesterday was technically today because it was past midnight.

Breakfast
- Was running sooo late. Got orange juice from a vending machine at school

Lunch
- Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on oatmeal bread
- Strawberry popsicle

Dinner
- One and a half cup vegetable soup with rice
- Slice of pumpernickel bread
- Lots of watermelon

Break-fast: my teeth hurt really bad this morning so I didn't eat. normally I would have a bowl of cheerios and soy milk
Lunch: pb and j sandwich and some veggie chips
dinner: rice
snack: soy ice cream
late dinner: my stomach decided that rice wasn't enough! so I had some spaghetti and more rice

2 pieces of rye toast w/ light pb and vegemite

Snack
Choc coconut light soymilkshake

Snack
2 cookies (home made, 1 sultana coco pop, 1 shortbread)

Dinner
Leftover veggie korma, rye toast, with peanut sauce and a little tomato salad
1/2 turkish delight chocolate

Hah, I doubt more than me.

Breakfast (8:00 AM)
- One cup Kashi GOLean with soymilk
- One mini 100% whole wheat bagel with cherry jam
- O’ Soy Peach Yogurt
- Glass of orange juice

Lunch (1:00 PM)
- Sandwich consisting of ice berg lettuce, romaine lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, three slices of smart ham and mustard on a wheat sub roll
- Lay’s Baked plain potato chips
- Glass of orange juice

And that's already 1200 calories. :bow: More to come.

Oatmeal (made on water with tbsp of soymilk and tsp of syrup)

Light caramel frappe + sml square of chocolate

Snack
Mandarin

Dinner
Herb dumpling and chickpea soup w/ a slice of grain bread
So good. So filling *moans and holds stomach*. But so good mmmm....

Today is identical to yestersday, but swap the frappe and chocolate for a mocha and cookie, and the bread for a scoop of soy icecream.
Ah, gotta love variety.

breakfast - protein shake and apple w/pb

lunch - celery, carrots, tofu.

dinner - boiled potato and carrots.

my mom needs to stop fixing carrots. i think i'm gonna turn into a carrot.

I thought I'd start posting here for a change...

Breakfast:
Carrot muffin
Glass of chocolate Silk

Lunch:
Half a Subway veggie sub on white with mayo and all the veggies but the hot peppers
Chocolate muffin
Glass of orange tangerine juice

Snack:
Cherry candycane lol

Dinner:
Handful of mixed nuts (mostly peanuts)
Peanut butter on crisp bread
Handful of chocolate
Glass of water

Breakfast: Shreddies with sugar.
Lunch: Organic "Spaghetti-O's" with two buns and apple juice.
Snack: Freezie, ice cream.
Dinner: (It hasn't happened yet).

Looking back, wow, I'm quite unhealthy. We're low on groceries, that's my excuse.

Did you know eating too many carrots can actually change the color of your skin? Although, I think it would be very difficult to eat that many. It might be easier with carrot juice instead.

I've heard that about carrots, but I think you'd have to eat a lot. I'm sure you'll be safe just eating a few muffins :vebo:

oatmeal w/ tbsp soymilk and tsp of maple syrup

Snack
large skim mocha (very strong), and a few top ups

Lunch
double decker tomato & (vegetarian) cheese sandwich on wholemeal bread

Dinner
farafelle pasta w/ vegetable soup as a sauce and a dollop of light sour cream
small square of chocolate

two choc muffins with chocolate peanut butter

Dinner Planned
dad is currently cooking fresh naan bread, butter chicken sauce, roasted eggplant (oh my god so good!) and capsicum and some beautiful curried dahl.

Lunch:
Vegan buffallo wings (I love our cafeteria)
Red apple
Bag of Bugles
Bottle of apple juice

Dinner:
Simple salad with Raspberry Vinagrette (A little taste of summer)
Banana creme pudding
2 chocolate chip cookies
Glass of chocolate Silk

Today:

Breakfast:
Fruit and nut granola bar

Lunch:
Chick'n burger with lettuce and mayo on a white bun
Glass of chocolate Silk

Dinner (planned):
Homemade vegetable and lentil soup
Homemade bread
Glass of orange tangerine juice

Snack:
Popcorn

Breakfast: Silk soy yogurt
Snack: rice cakes with peanut butter
Lunch: huge salad and italian dressing
Snack: banana chips
Supper (planned): salad with Anne's dressing

Speaking of salad dressing, does anyone know of a vegan ranch dressing? seems like I heard a vegan talking about it, but I can't recall... not adicted anymore, but it would tast great on a potatoe.

Lunch: A bagel and a small glass of peach juice.

Dinner: (I will be having) Tortellini with Rose sauce, my favourite dish as a special "going away" dinner. There may be garlic bread to go with it, aswell.
