Granola Bar
2 uh oh oreos
Popcorn
Lettuce and mustard sandwich

b- lots and LOTS of the dried fruit out of some tropical trail mix. the amount in the container went significantly down. ugh.
I won't be eating again for a while. nasty.

woa really havent been posting here in a while let see
b: cerals/toast with jam/fried poatoes/with a)oj B)iced mocha C) grapefruit juice D) soymilk E)water
L: wraps with mixed veggie some avacado and slasa, luna bars every day, fruit leather bar things, apples, juice/water/iced mocha, salads, baked beans and tofu pups, rice and spring rolls, pb and j and random snacks
D: pasta alot of nghts, fruit salad, baked veggies cause p.a.'s had chicken and veggies grrr, salads random combos of the above hmmm thats kinda boring i need a change
s: fruit, water, juices, luna bars, nuts, nachos, mini oreos

B-1 apple
L-1/2c. snack mix, 1 nectarine
S-1 large apple
D-large bowl wild rice, broccoli & cauliflower, 1.5c. soymilk, 10 small plums
S-1 orange bran muffin

Really full...binged when I got home, but thats okay, I guess I needed those TEN small plums in some way or another. :dizzy: Will be going biking soon after my stomach deflates a little.

Today was really bad.. >.<

So yeah. yesterday all I ate was that dried fruit and then for dinner 2 tiny peices of sourdough bread that they gave me for free at California Adventure (man that place sucks. i only go because I can get in free, what with the disneyland pass and all.). But yeah. my tummy hated me all day and hurt like a mother.

today so far-
b: bowl of pb puffins in nf soymilk, half a peach

Breakfast- bagel with tofutti french onion cream cheese
Snack- veggie booty
Lunch- pb&j sandwich, oreos, two boxes of grape juice
Dinner- rice, peas, corn ... all covered in ketchup
Snacks after that- veggie booty, soy ice cream

i didn't think Id be hungry tonight but I felt so weak at school i had to come home and stuff my face. :cry:

L: Fried zucchinni with veganaise, garlic and bread (yumm)
D: Cabage leaves stuffed with rice, mushrooms and carrot, Tofutti Cutie and a cup of tea
S: Pine nuts and 2 pieces of melon

D-chips & hummus, Amy’s Mexican pie, 1 orange bran muffin, peanut butter, apple, 20 prunes

:stinkeye: I felt sick this morning, but then when I got home from school, it seemed to have cleared up..and soo :hungry: my Mom was worried about me cus she knew I only took the banana for lunch, so she bought a bunch of food, she's so sweet. :smitten:

I think chocolate is officialy one of my vegan food groups

s: roasted nuts...no, i take that back. I had a cashew and 1 1/2 pecans. then breadless sandwich= raspberry jam, better that peanut butter, and a spoon. not very much of that. bittie of dry lowfat granola.
d: went out to dinner- had small baby field green salad bar salad w/ balsamic vinegar. cup of veggie soup and sourdough roll. claim jumper sucks.

Breakfast- none
Lunch- peanut butter sandwich .. and juice. I had vegan cookies ... but I gave them away to someone who forgot their lunch
Dinner- lasagna ... meatless! The rest of my fam had meat in their lasagna .. cept my sister who, like me, is vegetarian. and salad
snack- few handfuls of cereal

I'm sick..:sick: I haven't had much time to plan out my diet since school has started, but I will be making some changes.. ASAP, cus my health is going down.. it's not good.

really bad day today, god I feel like a cow.

(more like lunch but whatever): peanut butter and jelly luna bar
s: CANDY. and a boysenberry punch later on (at knott's berry farm today...) i was careful about gelatin in the candy but I know some had honey in it...but I couldn't help myself.
d: sweet and sour tofu over white rice (at pick up stix) mmm. didn't eat all of it, but ate alot. didn't eat much of the rice at all though.

I want a snack....eeeeeeeeeeeergh!

I posted what i thought i was going to eat in the other log, but alas, that is always fscked.So...
B~ 2 bananas, yeah. shut up.
L~nifty salad concoction----> spinach, baby carrots, raw beets (OH S*IT MY TEETH ARE STILL RED!) w/ a bit of almond butter and a dressing of cold pressed olive oil and apple cider vin.
D~Okay, so i need to not buy nuts anymore. I know.
about a cup of raw almonds. SP bought some rasp. smirnoff, so that will have to do for snacking :D tasty.
