Today:
B-slice of watermelon
L-pita with veggies, apple
D-pita with cucumber, mushroom & mustard, pear, peanut butter (LOTS), jelly, apple
yucky.. too much peanut butter :down:

B: 1/2 a blood orange vegan muffin, and a whole ginger-something vegan muffin, both from Maggies (a great veggie place in Lincoln), Earl Gray Tea
L: peanut butter and jelly sandwich
D: Chinese! (YUM - I ate SOOO much!) Mixed veggies in garlic sauce with white steamed rice, and a fortune cookie
S: 1/2 a grahm cracker, a mug of Earl Gray tea (I love tea... mmm)
I might have something else before bed, but I'm tired and not too hungry at the moment, so likely not.

Today was weird.
B-bottle of OJ
L-blueberries, small nectarine, 2 apples, chocolate tofutti bar
D-a dozen(?) small asian pears, brown rice, zuchini, peanut butter, jelly, apple.
ate too much for dinner.. VERY full, stomach is aching. :spew:

Pre workout snack - Apple and banana
After workout - WW bagel, a few strawberries with cottage cheese
Snack - Veggie refried beans in a small tortilla
Snack - Yogurt
Snack - Oatmeal with cinnamon
Dinner - Tofu and rice casserole, salad, pineapple
Dessert - Frozen banana
Snackish day.. didnt feel like eating "meals"

L: some french fries and green beans, a few mushrooms and a tiny bit of hot and sour soup (i was at a buffet)
S: a piece of focaccia bread
D: half a baked potato with veganaise and some seaweed, focaccia bread with hummus, a cup of tea

Breakfast - Kashi Go Lean cereal with soymilk and ground flaxseed
Snack - Strawberries and watermelon
Lunch - A few cups of romaine with grapes, pineapple, bell pepper, and cucumber topped with cottage cheese
Snack - Toast with my hummus
Dinner - Grilled eggplant in a pita with soy cheese and peppers, some vegetarian refried beans, some pineapple
Dessert - Peach

First thing: Apple and a homemade soy latte....frothing milk by hand is hard...but worth it in the end.... :drool:
Second-ish thing: A 3/4 of a lean cuisine veggie pizza, a glass of soymilk, and an apple. (Actually, I had the apple an hour beforehand...)
Third thing: Another soy latte, this time with vanilla silk...
Fourth thing: Two waffles dipped in a ketchup/maple syrup mix, an apple, and I'm currently drinking a La Croix carbonated water. I have to have my daily dose of carbonation!

Went out to eat at ol' Bag of Nails. I gorged, but you would have too. Their stuff is soooo good. I had a Beer-Batter pickle, a big basket of potato wedges, and about...oh...three 16 oz.s of mountain dew, perhaps? And a few croutons on the side, too....Urrrgh! My tummy hurts so much! >______<

LotR - I can understand why your parents wouldn't want you to go raw. It requires much more effort to get the proper nutrition if you go raw. You're cutting out many food groups, and you'd have to eat a lot more to get the nutrition a teen like yourself needs. And no reason to feel bad about pizza - couldn't you get it cheeseless?

I usually eat better than that. I take vitamins + junk like that. I know it requires more but it sounds like something I could do. I like raw stuff. hate cooked.

Ye....I reeeeeally shouldn't have eaten that mush, but ah well. Here's to another day. :beer:
Okay, first thing: Apple and latte. Much less milk this time, though. Me needs me coffee!
Second thing: Starbucks tall soy latte, a bowl of tortilla chips wiht salsa mixed with homemade "Death Valley"-warning:-You-will-regret-you-ate-this-tobasco-sauce, and probably 16 ozs of grape gatorade. My mouth, she burns!

Yesterday:

L-pita w/ veggies and hummus, small cherry lemonade
D-baked potato w/ ketchup and tobasco, 3 radishes, grapes (LOTS), 1 plum, peanut butter, 1 c. vanillia soymilk.
hmm... Explanation for being weird. I just got back after living for a year in Taiwan, so suddenly I REALLY like things like tobasco sauce and ketchup (oh and hummus too).. tobasco's vegan right? :think:

Yes. It's basically chilli and oil, give or take some salt/spices.

B: 1/2 cinnamon-rasin bagel with vegan margarine, a big bowl of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal with soymilk, orange juice
L: 1 full pita with hummus, sprouts, and jerusalem salad, apple juice, a banana
S: a piece of bread with loads of peanut butter, melted. :lick:
D: planned: something like a barbecue tempeh/veggie sandwich or something... I'll post it when I've eaten it.
