I haven't posted in awhile because I've been binging, plus I've decided to start eating fish for a variety of reasons and thought it wasn't appropriate to post when I was eating fish, though I ate a little today and am posting.

breakfast: 2 peices french toast with strawberries & grapes that were on their last legs, and a drizzle of honey
dinner: big fresh veggies stir-fry (broccoli, zuccini, bean sprouts, carrot, mushrooms, canned baby corn, canned bamboo shoots and canned water chestnuts) on "fried rice" (stuff from a box, made with veggie stock), small amount of salmon marinated in teriyaki sauce, and a big egg roll with sweet & sour sauce
dessert: peice of German Chocolate Brownie
later: small bowl of vanilla icecream with cocoa powder & strawberry syrup

You mean, you don't drink cowskin juice on a daily basis like the rest of us veggies?! Shame.

Yum, yum, yum. Iceflower, your food (as always) sounds so delicious!!
My eating has been insane lately... I've got a really yucky bacterial infection, so I'm all snotty and coughing up mucus, and I'm trying to work my way through the last few exams. But as soon as school ends and I feel better, I will go back to being the healthy vegan.

Oh yeah, did you guys know that sugar wafers are vegan? You know, those little strips with a cruncy sugary thing sandwiched around a creamy sugary thing? And they come in the tan, pink, and brown (supposed to be vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate)? And are totally devoid of any nutritional quality?
Yum :)

Yesturday: lots of veggies and fruit, a vegable fry, vegan bananna bread (tasted just like non vegan!!!), and vegan pizza.

Oh, and I made a vegan shelf in the fridge, and my mom dosn't mind, so now I can just look at the vegan shelf or in the veggie and fruit shelves and find all the food that I can eat!!!

I'm quite happy to go without sugar wafers, either way! lol.....I like my nutrtionally-void food to be more substantial - give me some heavy chocolate cake or half a tub of soy icecream!

B: oatmeal (water/soy...it seems to boring on plain water now, I can't go back!)
L: prunes (such a unappatising name but oh so tasty!) + banana
S: mocha (decaf with choc sauce and milo powder, made on soymilk)
D planned: either vegetable risotto or last nights leftovers! yum!

Breakfast: wheat bagel with peanut butter and pomegranate jelly (as soon, as summer begins, in TWO DAYS, I'm not eating another bagel until fall semester... augh, getting sick of them)
Lunch: White rice with garbonzo beans, brocolli, onions, cauliflower, and yellow curry.
Dinner: Home made spring rolls(rice noodles, mint leaves, tofu, carrots, and strange soy ham substitute) Even before I was a vegie I didn't like ham... blecgh! XP Oh well, the rolls were still good, even though I don't miss meat.

Today was great, because I've recently become a vegetarian and very recently vegan and the food I ate today just made me feel good!

B-1 slice WW bread, 1 1/2 c. soymilk, 1 small piece guava fruit, 1 Diet Coke-(I know it's bad, but I'm cutting back!)
L-1 orange, 1 banana, 1 c. rice (I'm in Taiwan, so ya..)
D-Sweet congee (glutinous rice, oat, green lentil, peas, peanuts, cereals, red beans, longans and a little sugar), 1 apple
(lot of water and some green tea).

I know my diet still has lots of room for improvement, but I'm getting there!

note: I usually eat veggies for dinner.. today was a little special.. but they're normally a big part of my diet.
