My husband and I stumbled upon something wonderful last night while shopping at the Mall of America; a little eatery called PB Loco!! www.pbloco.com
They recently opened in November. Everything in the store revolves around peanut butter (of course!). We decided to have a treat there so I ordered a banana with a little tub of Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter for dipping and I also had ants on a log. My husband ordered PB on toast with sliced banana. It was the cheapest Valentine's dinner ever (only about $6!) but it was pretty fun sharing a dipped banana with him :lick:
Anyway, I think everything in the store was vegetarian (lots of vegan stuff too) except the marshmallows.
Their peanut butters are available to purchase online. Here are the flavors:
White Chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Cinnamon Raisin

Regular (smooth or creamy)

They are trying to expand their business and I hope they do! They have franchise info on their website too.
