I eat an apple and another piece of fruit every day. A couple times a week I'll eat raw veggies like 'maters, cukes, or peppers.

Today I had a banana, an apple, a nectarine some baby spinach and alfalfa sprouts (with other stuff in a pita)

Yesterday I had an apple at breakfast (only fruit left in the house, I ate the rest already!). Then, for lunch and dinner and snacks in between, I had my new Vegenaise salad which is half raw: cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, tomato, avocado, red pepper. Cooked potato, garbanzos, and corn in it too.

I have such a hard time eating raw food when it's soooo freakin' cold outside.
I've had a big ol' carrot so far.


Yeah. My RAW life went out the window :dizzy: with the first snowfall. All I wanted to eat after that was PASTA and RICE and SOUP lotsa SOUP!

I'm trying to be good now. Stocked up on organic red leaf lettuce, fruits and vegetables. :bobo: :vebo: :bobo: :vebo:

its not what ive eaten today...but im got a long-haul flight next week and didnt fancy the idea of a stodgy vegan meal (as ive experienced on flights in the past) so ive gone with the 'raw fruit and vegetables' option they had.
Will turn out to be either a really good decision or a terrible one. Will let you know.

Today only 4 apples.

But yo should ahve seen me last week! Oh man... Let's see if I can remember a day... yep, here's one. I think it was last Monday actually.

4-5 apples
a peach
lots of watermelon
couple of nectarines
2-3 plums
Huge amounts of grapes
Couple of tomatoes
Carrot sticks

Today so far I had a granny smith apple and a banana for breakfast, with a bit of peanut butter.

The last two days, I've been eating several portions of a new batch of that half raw / half cooked salad that I mentioned before.

For weeks I've been on a kick of eating some avocado, tomato, and cucumber with oil and vinegar as a side dish for everything.

Today i have had a good deal of raws..

1 tsp natural pb
1 tsp choc. IM healthy soynut butter
1 tsp strawberry preserves
1 c frozen fruit
2 c soymilk
1 1/2 c raw veggies
1 pear

Couple bananas and a ton of grapes... Bout it really.
Not very good.

I'm not a raw foodist but :
- 2 tangerines
- 2 soy yogurts (don't know if it is raw)
- 2/3 of a cucumber
- 2/3 of a chinese choļ
- 2 apples

Kansarnit... another pretty lousy raw total for me.
3 bananas, and a couple small bunches of grapes.

Problem is, we gots no froot at mah place at the mo, sos I gots to wait til we bah some. Dig?

Woohoo, finally a half decent raw total for me.

So far today:
apples x 4
bananas x 2
pear
plums x 2

and the day is still young!!

I ate raw foods in my rice wraps...I had raw tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumber, lettuce and mesclun mix, cilantro, carrots, and onions today...mixed that with salsa and mustard and ate in a rice wrap...the rice wrap wasn't raw of course, but aside from that, most of my food today was raw veggies.

No fruit today, although I'm a cherry, mango, strawberry and apple fan. I don't love grapes and bananas aren't my fave, but I do like grapefruit...

B - bowl of oatmeal with cut up peaches
snack - coffee with splenda (black)
lunch - protein shake
snack - caramelo coffee this time (yes, I drink too much coffee!)
supper - 1/2 tbsp peanut butter on some apple.

I know. This isn't good. Not enough food. Just wasn't hungry. Will do better tomorrow...

Okay, personal challenge for me.
Tomorrow night I am gonna come on here and post all the raw stuff I ate and youse ll are gonna gasp in shock and awe. :D Deal?

After a completely horrifying day of eating yesterday, I am going to try to eat raw everyhting, except for one or two things each day (most likely breakfast will be something not raw- oatmeal, muffins, veggieburger) and the rest all fruits, veggies and nuts.
Today:
B: banana pancakes (not raw!), handful of walnuts
L: celery x2, dried sweetened cranberries (are dried fruits raw? I hope so!), some lettuce and a banana
no dinner yet, but hopefully some green beans and steamed cauliflower. :doh:...shoot, that isn't raw is it?
