This stuff is quite good. I like it better than oatmeal and cream of wheat
and it is great now as it is so cold. I like mine with brown sugar (1 tbsp), cinnamon, Splenda, a bit of margarine, raisins and dried apples and a few walnut bits. I cook the raisins and the apples with the cereal and they get really soft. The best part it is, it cooks in only 2 minutes! I bought it at Kroger. I think I will get more when I run out. It has flaxseed, cracked wheat, soy grits and I think some other grains.

I may have to try this. I *think* they carry it at one of the stores here. Could you tell me how much fiber & protein it has per serving?

Well, I've looked & looked but could only find the oat bran hot cereal. I did buy a box of it, but haven't tried it yet. I'll have to keep my eye out for the multigrain!
