Okay, now that I have been eating a mostly raw diet, cooked and fried foods smell awful! My sister just made some french fries and the smell is really making me gag. Did anyone else have a problem like this when they first started to go raw? When I stopped eating meat the smell of it would really make me sick to my stomach. I didn't know that I could despise french fries! I'm not eating root veggies anymore because I'm a fruitarian, but I use to love french fries!

When I was 100% raw, I didn't notice that the smells of cooked foods turned me off, nor that they were tempting. I was quite indifferent. Sorry that I can't help more :worried:

I'm not a raw foodist, but I can't eat anything deep fried - the smell is so awful.

Fruitarians eat fruit, seeds, and nuts. Anything you can obtain from the plant without killing it. I do know some fruitarians that eat grains, however, I chose not to. Many animals and humans are harmed or killed in the harvesting process of soy and wheat. If you are interested in fruitarianism, check out www.fruitarian.com . It has some information on vitamins you need, proper ways to get them, and a meal plan for a mono diet. The website http://hem.fyristorg.com/fruitarian/whatEat.html has some fruitarian recipes that are not a monodiet. And there are some vegetables that fruitarians can eat such as squash, green beans, sugar snap peas, zuchini, and corn. You can pick those from the stalks/bushes/vines without killing the plant.
How could someone live on a level 6 http://hem.fyristorg.com/fruitarian/whatEat.html#level
There is hardly any protein in fruits. You would need to eat nuts and seeds as well.
