what do you look for in a name

I want to start out by stating that im not trying to plug a product that my company makes, in fact, I won't even mention the name of the company, for the respect of this forum. But my request is that the company that I work for is working on a new Vegan Meal Replacement Powder. I have been a huge supporter of this product, in fact, it was my idea for them to do it. What I want to know, is what do other Vegans look for when choosing supplements? I have tried to come up with some names for the product, since they have somewhat put it onto me, since it was my idea.

The names that are sticking with us are: Vegan Multi Meal, Vegan Power Meal, Vegan Nutri Mean, VegaMeal, and Vegan's Complete. What do you think?

Again, I am not trying to push the product, im just trying to get help from people that have lived the lifestyle longer than I have (3 years). I hope noone gets the wrong idea from this post. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm not sure I would buy this though. Why would I want this? What does it supplement? I think you can say the name of your company if you want to. You're posting in the product review section, so if we don't like your company we'll tell you. ; ) We're not that mean though, but yeah, I'm interested in hearing more about this.

I just want to add: Yippee and thank you! So far, I know of only one vegan meal replacement liquid on the market. I'm delighted to see another in the works.

Arbonne has a vegan meal replacement product line that just came out Jan 1, 2004.
I postively love it!!!!!! I posted something on it that week it came out in another thread.

For a name, I like Vegan's Complete. Anything with "Nutri" or "meal" reminds me of dog food or "bone meal" or "blood meal" Those are definitely not things that vegans should be thinking about while reading the label on a vegan product.

That Arbonne company, while it is in some ways it's similar to this product, since it has the proteins from peas, and the supplements, but theirs are all seperate, meaning you have to, one, buy everything seperate, and two, take everything seperate. With our meal replacement, it's all in one drink, one thing to buy, one thing to take. Im not trying to totally knock their product and plug ours, im just showing the differences, it all depends on what you are looking for.

I will work on getting the literature we have written up for this product on the website, so you all can read more about it. More info for the future, this is just what we have written up so far. Also, since there is no name yet (hence, this poll), it's being called 100% Vegan Nutrition. The website is http://www.oregon-health.com

I like Vegan's Complete. It's not cutesy, and the others (non vegans) who see mightthink "hey, maybe is possible vegans CAN get all the nutrients they need afterall", so it work well for the consumers as well.

Vegan's Complete. It just sounds the best. The others are kind of silly for actual food names.

The slogan should be~ Vegan's Complete: It's delicious and nutritious and it doesn't kill the fishes!
