Nature's Choice Cereal Bars

YUM!!! I normally eat granola bars because I have found cereal bars in general are too dry and nonfilling, but these apple cinnamon cereal bars by Nature's Choice are awesome...and vegan! :up:

Who doesn't need a snack on the run every once and a while? :)

I've never even seen those. How are they as far as sugar, vitamins, and calories? More of a "treat" or a real snack/breakfast option?

I don't think it's enough calories for a complete breakfast.

They have 120 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 65 milligrams of sodium, 25 grams of total carbohydrates (2 grams of dietary fiber, 13 grams of sugar), 1 gram of protein, and the only vitamin is iron at 2% the recommended daily allowance.

Not many vitamins! I don't ever look at the grams of sugar in anything I eat, so I don't know if 13 grams is good or bad (?).

Those are *very* yummy. All flavors, delish.

I find, they're a good accompaniment to breakfast. Or two of them in lieu of real breakfast, running out the door.

But definetely a good four o'clock snack.
