Someone asked about these before...anyway, I just tried them today. They aren't bad, but they do lack flavor and character, kinda bland. To me, they're not worth all of the added ingredients for something that seems should be much more simple. They contain egg whites, so they aren't vegan.
Last night I made this amazing green goddess sauce/dip/dressing for seiten kabobs, but it goes great on just about anything. So IMO, it made the spinach nuggets. Without it, they were pretty flavorless.

I really don't like them at all, but I would be happy to try your creation with them VK! I bought them one time when they were on sale and maybe I should have baked them but they came out of the microwave just soggy and weird and boring. I finished off the package and was quite relieved to be done with it.
I love breaded things and I love vegetables, so it does seem as if it should have been good. Maybe a fresh rendition of it would have been nicer. I thought they seemed a bit old.
Like I said, I just microwaved them and VK obviously put actual work and creativity into preparation, so therein probably lies a BIG difference.

I had these once, and I didn't like them enough to buy them again. I made them in a toaster oven, so they did get a bit crispy, but they were still bland-o boring-o.
