poor mouth..

I bit the inside of my mouth the other day, and now there is a huge lump there with ..a red dot in the middle. I am pressuming it is because I bit it, but now I'm really worried. - It doesn't hurt at all and hasn't got bigger or smaller.. :-/
I suposse what I'm saying is, is it likely to be anything evil or life threatning??

No, I do this all of the time because I'm a spaz :). It's just healing, no biggie.

I do it too because I am insane and when I am stressed out I end up chewing the side of my mouth in my sleep.

It should take a few weeks or so to heal up. In the mean time you should leave it alone and forget about it. You could try to avoid things like OJ, tomatos, etc. if they hurt it. I love those foods so the pain is well worth it for me.
