This stuff is awesome! It tastes a little bit sweeter than the regular kind, but at 100 calories a serving instead of 170-200, who cares?!

I am going to have to look for this! It would fit into my Weight Watchers program nicely!

a little low on protein content, but not bad

The only bad thing is that it's so sweet and tastes so good, I end up binging on it!! I refuse to ever buy it again cause it's so tempting. Make sure you have good self control before buying this.

I agree with Blue about not wanting to stop eating this stuff, but I have found that if my body feels like it needs some extra peanuts, so be it. It usually only happens once or twice a month, if that, and never causes bloating or anything.

The real harm is the bad feelings about oneself for eating too much. That puts a real damper on the yummy flavor. :( I don't know what could be done about it, seeing as there are no single-serving containers of peanut butter out there. Maybe we should make some!

Anyway, I agree that peanut butter is easy to binge on, but if it's not every day and maybe only once every two weeks, perhaps your body needs it -- just don't do anything you're going to feel guilty and depressed about! (I know that's easier said than done, and I've definitely been there.)

make sure you keep it refridgerated, otherwise it kinda "melts".

I once brought apples to work, cut and smothered in this stuff and left them on my desk in tupperware. When I went to eat them the "peanutbutter" was melted all over the bottom of the tupperwear and no longer on my apples. Still tasted good though!

Another way to get lower fat peanut butter if you want it without the added sugar and other stuff is to skim some of the oil off the top of a jar of natural peanut butter before mixing it up...
