Anyone out there named Gary Miles?

If you are, you are a friend of my brother in law Anthony and my sister, Trish. Thought it might be worth a try..this being a raw food group and all.

I've been involved in raw foods for 6 months straight, then fell off the bandwagon recently before Christmas and am going to climb back on the raw food train pretty quick here.
