i tried these today, these are a certified vegan product. these are a true "veggie" burger as its ingredients are:

-carrots
-onions
-string beans
-zucchini
-fresh soy beans (the actual bean, not prosessed)
-arrowroot
-broccoli
-spinach
-chick peas
-corn
-red pepper
-various seasonings

i must say these are very delicious and i welcome these being that i mostly eat vegan "chicken" and soy patties. i shop at wegmans and they carry a lot of vegan products so i hope you all will not have trouble finding these as i highly recommend them for someone who is looking for an alternative to a plain soy burger. i imagine the bk veggie is like this, minus the mushrooms. these burgers have no mushrooms in them.

If you have a Kosher Grocer, they will stock these along with yes, Vegan White Chocolate Chips, Hummus, Tahini, Juices.....

I tried these...and hated them. They were really mushy...didnt stay in patty form, and tasted like frozen vegetables. I threw them out :( Different stokes for different folks, I guess.

I put mine in the toaster oven and they're good if you like veggie burgers that are grainy and veggie, as opposed to "meaty" (which I do). They have them at Trader Joe's here.
