New Avatar Requirements and Instructions

FYI - If you are a Contributing Member nothing has changed. You can add/update your avatar just as you had in the past. For everyone else...

Requirements


Avatars must be exactly 75 pixels wide by 75 pixels high (exactly 100x100 for Contributing Members).
Avatars can not be animated.


How to Add/Update an Avatar

Follow these instructions closely. Failure to do so will result in your request being deleted. You will not be notified if your request is deleted.


Verify that your avatar meets the requirements above. If it does, continue. If it does not or if you are unsure, see the next section.
Attach the image to an e-mail and send it to veggieboards@verizon.net. Put "Avatar" in the subject of the e-mail and your member name in the body.


Avatars will be added/updated once a week. Usually on Sunday.

If your avatar does not meet the guidelines or if you are unsure...

They will let you know where to send the full-size image. They will then resize it and send it back. Once you receive it back you can send it to me at the address above.

Lucky that I made use of when self uploading was still allowed last week... :elf:

I will miss self-upload of course, but I can live with the regs totally happily since your updating of avatars of once per week is quite reasonable given the few members jerking you around... but we have to forgive them I guess!...

Anyway if required I understand we can all still change our avatars 54 times (54 weeks) per year if so desired so thats really not such a bad deal ! :)

It depends on how many Sundays there are in the year.

So this year one could upload an avatar 52 times, next year one can upload an avatar 53 times.

Avatars sent to me this week have been added. I will not be adding avatars again until next Sunday. If your avatar was not added it was because you did not follow the instructions. I had two people e-mail me without putting their username in the body of the message. You're welcome to try again next week.
