The coffee is roasted fresh weekly, and we have flavors that are animal by-product free. The plant is certified kosher as well as our flavoring agents, but I do recommend only flavoring milder coffee's such as Columbia Supremo.

Our Kona is only Kona, and the Jamacian Blue Mountain Mavis Bank is strictly Jamacian. I know others like to call the mixes 'pure coffee' but their really not.
