Who here has any suggestions for good yoga tapes or books? I am looking for weight loss, flexibilty as well as enlightenment. I know the basics of it because I took a few classes. But yeah, I just would love some suggestions, I did pilates for awhile, but I felt it was just a type of yoga for those who don't have the time for the spiritual, relaxing side...though I don't want JUST that part either. I want something that is gonna be very challenging and really work my body. Did that makes sense? I mean, I run and do kickboxing, so sometimes I just want an excercise that's different from those.

I use Yoga Zone videos. I highly recommend the following:
Yoga Zone - Power Yoga for Strength and Endurance
Yoga Zone - Flexibility and Stress Release
Yoga Zone - Fat Burning
Yoga Zone - Yoga for a Strong and Healthy Back
I've tried a few others and haven't been too happy with them. You can find them on ebay for a decent price.

Rodney Yee, Bryan Kest, Baron Baptiste also have good videos. many are vinyasa yoga and quite challenging. :)
i highly recommend finding some vinyasa yoga classes in your area and take from a teacher at leaast once a week. it's fun, informative, and a great compliment to this stuff.
Also, Moving into Stillness by Erich Schiffman is a great book.
If you live in my area, come to my studio! :) ouryogastudio.com
have fun!

I really like Gaiam's Yoga, Conditioning for Weight Loss, with Suzanne Deason. It takes about 45-50 minutes to go through the whole tape.
