On the local news last night they did a segment on a kosher food expo in NYC. They featured Jackie Mason's new product, a cheese-free cheesecake, made with tofu. I hope it's vegan.....I hope they don't end putting egg whites or some other damn unnecessary ingredient in it. I'm not sure when it'll be available....I did a search online, and didn't come up with much. All I found out is that it's called "Jackie Mason's Famous Broadway Cheesecake", and that it's lactose, cholesterol, and butterfat free. The people they interviewed that tasted it all seemed to like it.....so let's hope it's vegan, tasty, and widely available. :lick:
