I just tried this new cereal, and it's really tasty. It's shredded wheat that is (very) lightly sweetened. Vegan, too!

Coupons?! Where did you find coupons for this? I would like the cereal even more for a dollar less :)

Is it similar to Frosted Mini Wheats? I miss them. :(

I miss frosted mini wheats too, grain girl. These are little shredded wheat pillows, but rather than being frosted, they have cane juice crystals embedded into the pillows. Not very sweet, but tasty.
I just noticed that I wrote the name of the cereal incorrectly in the thread title. It's "Harvest Wheat", not "Autumn Harvest". Duh. :dunce:

I love that cereal! And so does my 2 year old.He eats it plain or with soy milk.I can't give him too much though or I'll be changing diapers all day! It's deffinitly one of the better Kashi cereals.

somewhat off-topic, but not too much so: I'm a little annoyed at how many varieties of Kashi cereal use honey, otherwise I'd be eating almost all Kashi, all the time. Fortunately, Nature's Path is terrific stuff. Cheap and organic, too. So we can change up our cereal from Autumn Harvest to other stuff and not get bored with it that way.

No kidding! I was very disappointed to find honey in their other cereals.

I know, the honey thing annoys me as well. If they can leave it our of some of their cereals, they can leave it out of all the cereals.
