The Preservation of Antibiotics for Medical Treatment Act (https://secure2.convio.net/aspca/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=2615) (PAMTA), H.R. 1549/S. 619 would phase out, within two years of enactment, the common practice of continually feeding antibiotics important in human medicine to non-sick food animals.
