2 cloves of garlic
Whatever kind of Cooking oil you wanna use.

For the dimsum wrapper's "paste"
1 tbsp. flour/cornstarch
1 cupwater

Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------

Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Mash the tofu and then put soy sauce, salt, pepper and herbs.
Mix them thoroughly [i strongly recommend using your hands :D]

Heat a frying pan then saute the chopped onion and garlic.
Put the tofu mixture and let it cook for about 10 minutes with constant mixing.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool down for a bit.

Mix the flour/cornstarch and water to make a "paste" for the wrapper to be sealed.

Spoon a bit of the cooked tofu mixture onto a wrapper then lightly brush the sides of the wrapper with the "paste" then press them together.

Lastly, Fry the tofu dimsum for 3 minutes each side or until it is golden brown.

Additional comments:

You can make a simple dip for this using soy sauce mixed with a bit of lemon or kalamansi extract

This sounds so so delicious! Is it a bit tricky to make? I would love to make it for a dinnerparty I am hosting next week but not sure whether I am up to it!
May have to have a trial run before hand! Thanks for delicious tip..
