Actually taking thread notifications out of it... I only get 5-10 legitamate e-mails a week, but get around 500-1000 e-mails.

I've been using netscape cause of their spam filter. It gets a lot of it, but not all of it.

Hehe, I disabled the email notifier a while ago. I already get too much spam, so that added to it was crazy.

Filtering e-mails by a few letters together eliminates me seing all but about 20 of them a day :)
things like:
BD, BC, BF, BG, BH, BK, WF, WG
letters that don't exist in virtually any word :)
