Vegan real ale at Aldi...

Just been to Aldi for cheap marinated veg, and saw that they were selling Bateman's ales at £1.39 a bottle (four varieties). They are all suitable for vegans and very nice (from memory - I haven't sampled one yet today!)

Bateman's XXXB is great. Most (not all) bottled Real Ale is vegan friendly but they just don't announce it. The thing I like about Bateman's is that they clearly state that their beers are Vegan friendly, not just suitable for vegetarians. If only they could extend it to their cask ales and use non animal finings!
