hi everyone,
i'm amy. 47 years YOUNG vegan female (vegetarian since 1976, yes, 76, and vegan since 1999).
i am going through a friendly divorce with my hubby of 12 years.
i have a 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom house in Pacifica, CA. that is 1 mile uphill from the ocean. 3 rooms will be for rent for about $500.00 a month plus utilities. the house has mountain, canyon, and ocean views from the back yard.
there are buses nearby that go to the train stations (BART and CALTRAIN) and the neighborhood has easy and free street parking (no meters).
by car, it is no more than 20 minutes to downtown san francisco with light or moderate traffic. it's a 7-10 minute drive to the closet BART station.
house is very clean, light, bright, wired, with laundry.
gorgeous beaches and mountain hiking very close by. shopping is 1 mile down hill...a produce market, a small health food store, post office, standard grocery store, organic mexican cafe.
NO PETS. i have allergies.
short term or long term okay. vegan or lacto-veg only please (or no cooking eggs in the house). hubby should be moving out by xmas.
