Rottentomatoes has come out with a list of the worst movies of the last ten years.
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/guides/worst_of_the_worst/
So, how many have you seen? Are there any movies that you think should have made the list? Are there any on the list that you think shouldn't be on it?

I've only seen one in the list - Christmas with the Kranks - and that was because it was on TV anyway and I was bored and looking for something new to watch. I wholeheartedly agree with the decision to add it to the list, and even though I saw it a year ago, I still want back the 98 minutes that I lost out of my life. :brood:
Why have there been so many crappy Christmas movies lately? :brood:
The others I know only by word of mouth (dis)reputation. Or sometimes accidentally clicking on them when I turn on the TV. :spew:

Where the heck is Blair Witch project?
I thought the tape broke in the VCR when that movie ended.
And my only disappointment was that the idiots didn't get killed in brutal ways.
(Who the heck gets lost in New England?)

I'll admit I've seen a good majority of them mainly on tv or on video. The only one I would I disagree with is Kickin It Old School.
I guess it was pretty bad at times but at the same time it had some funny parts and reminded me alot of things from my childhood. I got total flashbacks of getting those sticky octopus creatures in cereal boxes that you would throw against the wall and they would "crawl" down them only to land on the floor and get covered in dust and pethair and no longer be sticky. I was always excited everytime my mom went shopping and brought home new boxes of cereal. I would open them up just so I could get one of those toys! They were entertaining while they lasted those few minutes. Now kids have 360s and PS3s to entertain them...

Date Movie. Yours, Mine & Ours. Christmas with the Cranks. Material Girls. The Covenant. Epic Movie.
Those are the ones I've seen, and I do have to say that except for Christmas with the Cranks, I did enjoy the others on a mindless fluff level.

Didn't go through the whole list, but the movie Simon Birch should be on there for sure (I think it was in the last 10 years). I only saw the first twenty minutes and wanted to kill someone. It was supposed to be a film adaptation of one of my all-time favorite books, "A Prayer for Owen Meaney," and they SLAUGHTERED it SO BAD. It was so far off base - they took a good, funny, touching book and made it into pure, unadulterated sh*t.
I might still be a little bitter about it.
Also, the movie Eragon should make the list purely for how much they slaughtered that book, as well.

Date Movie made the list but not the zillion Scary Movies and other knockoffs? Date Movie was actually funny for all its bathroom humor.
Agree on Fear Dot Com though.

My votes for the worst movies of all time: The Mist, The Ninth Gate, The Happening, Cloverfield, Quarantine, and any of the Saw movies (I haven't seen Saw movies- but I'm sure they're horrible).

I liked Beverly Hills Chihuahua. It was a cute kid's movie.
My votes for the worst movies of all time: The Mist, The Ninth Gate, The Happening, Cloverfield, Quarantine, and any of the Saw movies (I haven't seen Saw movies- but I'm sure they're horrible).
Although I'm not a fan of the Saw movies, I've got to say that I liked the first one. It had an interesting plot and good twist at the end. The Mist wasn't totally horrible but I agree with you on all the others.

I've only seen house of the dead off that list but I have Meet the Spartans on my Sky + just beacause it has Sean Maguire in it!
I would add Twilight onto there as it was the biggest pile of dog**** I've seen in years. Razorblade vampire as well plus a few other poor horrors whose titles I have erased from my memory.

Movie on the list that I've seen:
Dragonfly - Really bad.
The Fog - Really bad.
Darkness - OK but could have been much better.
Battlefield Earth - This was on TV one rainy day so we decided to watch cause we heard it was bad. It definitely lived up to it's reputation - horrible.
Meet the Spartans - Bad. Stopped watching half-way through.
