I would love to try it out. So is it vegan also? In the article, I read about the tomato lasagna with ricotta cheese. Tofu ricotta, maybe? I'm confuzzled. :dizzy:

According to the announcement at Queen of Sheba during the VegOk meeting, it is mainly vegan. In any case, they know what "vegan" means (and doesn't mean). :)

At first I heard it was all vegan. Mainly vegan is great too though, they probably have many, many more options that anywhere else!
