The only meat that my 9 year old niece will eat is chicken because the other animals are to cute. My sister is a little worried about her health. Her birthday is coming up soon and I want to give her and my sister a book about veg children. I think this is great she is following in my footsteps. But, I want to reassure my sister it is safe.

Get thee to www.vrg.org for suitable books about raising veg children. It's super great that she's leaning in that direction. A little positive persuasion never hurts.
