EU introduces total ban on animal testing for cosmetics
The manufacture and sale of all cosmetics and ingredients tested on animals has been banned by the European parliament.

that's excellent if the WTO doesn't mess things up with their damn trade rules .....

I'm not sure if I'm more excited over banning cosmetic animal testing or more weirded out over a continent being able to ban something. :p
