VB Meetup- November 1st

You guys want to meet up and eat/hang out so we can be part of the first VB world-wide meetup?

Let's discuss. We could do restaurant or potluck.

of course! I'm okay with either a restaurant meet-up or a potluck. Though - and just throwing this out there - if there aren't very many of us that are able to meet, it might be just as well to go to a restaurant. I remember the astronomical amounts of leftovers we had when we did the couple of potlucks that we did because everyone brought something and there were only so many of us. But, yeah - I'm definitely in, and I'll do whatever the preference is of everyone else (or be the tie-breaker in the event of a tie :)

You are right, as our numbers have kind of dwindled off here in the flatlands, we might as well just go to a restaurant. Even if it turns out to be just a few of us, we still have fun, and we still participated!

That's not to say anyone reading this from the OK threads aren't invited, in fact, if you are fortunate enough (:p) to be anywhere near the area, whatever place you come from on 11/1, and want to see some real life veg*ns from OK let us know! :)

It's a possibility. Hideaway pizza isn't that great w/o cheese and seeing as how we're celebrating world vegan day and at least 2 of the participants are vegans.....

I'm not sure, but I think I may have a retirement party to go to on Halloween. I can't remember if the party is the 30 or 31st. If it is in fact on Halloween, I probably won't be able to make the trek, cuz I will be hurting too much to drive all that way.
