favorite Veg Books?

I just finished 'Skinny Bastard' and 'Diet for a New America'. Was wondering what everyone else feels is a "must read?". I've already read 'Fast Food Nation', 'Omnivore's Dilemma', and also most of the other John Robbins books.

I honestly haven't been able to find my dream/must read veg book... believe it or not!

Maybe my requirements are too specific... what do you think? This is just for cookbooks btw.

My Requirements: Larger in size, colored pictures for every recipe and a "good old classic" chocolate chip cookie recipe (you wouldn't believe how many books I've looked thru that didn't have these requirements :) )
