You did a great job there. The only addition I can think of at the moment is Hunan Village.
They have AMAZING vegan dishes, from General Tsao "Chicken" to mock shrimp that made me ask to have it sent back because I thought it was the real thing.

Have you tried Ziggy's Healthy Grill? It has many vegetarian options. My brother went there when he was a vegetarian. He is vegan now and hasn't been there lately. I am sure they have great vegan options. Take a look at their website, i believe they have a menu there.
Good Luck! and thank you for your list of vegan restaurants! I will be sure to go there soon! :)

I moved to Virginia from Houston about a year ago. The food here is nothing like we had in Houston! If you like Indian food, try Madras Pavilion on Kirby! I so miss Texas. You would think the Washington DC area would be culinary delight, but not even close!

Oh and I looove Indian food. And I got back from DC last month, and was sorely disappointed in the food. Way too expensive and nothing impressive about it.

In Montgomery Co. we have a restaurant called Chipoltle's. I don't know if you've been there but it is a burrito assembly line. Best burritos anywhere in my opinion. Also - Luby's Cafeteria has a wide choice of vegetable dishes - granted some of them may have bacon or whatnot so you have to look at them closely or ask the staff. Pei Wei offers most of their dishes with meat Or tofu Or extra vegetables.
I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan so I don't have to deal with the issue of what the bread or tortillas are made out of. Are you the type of vegan who asks or are you a "don't ask, don't tell" vegan?

I ask. Not completely nuts about it - yet - I've yet to ask if anyone's tortillas are vegan. Oh and I ate at a GREAT place out on 1960/Veteran's Memorial today. I think it is called Adwali's Mediterranean Sandwiches. Soooo good - I got the vegetarian sampler.

I went to Hobbit Cafe yesterday and they were WONDERFUL!
The waitress was very helpful in helping me chose a vegetarian dish.
She asked me if cheese/mayo was OK. She told me they could make most items Veg*n
The food was delish, and the portions were HUGE (too big, actually!)
