Vegan Restaurant - Vegadeli

My mother invited me to lunch today ... at a vegan restaurant! Besides the shock of my mother suggesting the place, I didn't even know it existed! Ever since Eternity shut down, I thought S. Louis was without a vegan eatery. I have to say I enjoyed the lunch very much. The food was great. Everything is homemade and 100% vegan. There are also some gluten free and raw options. I had the lasagna and a slice of cake (vanilla with chocolate frosting). My mom had a mango chipotle burger. Yummy. If you find yourself in West County (Chesterfield), I'd recommend trying out Vegadeli. :hamster:

I live in StL, and I like this place pretty well. It's a bit pricey, but good for a treat every now and then.
