I just tried this stuff last night since it was on sale:

I got the Coconut Lime (http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prmenbr=655972&prrfnbr=3035146) flavor, and it's really good! Some toasted coconut flakes in there, with just a subtle lime flavor. My Mom also liked it.
Nutrition stats are decent on most of the flavors, the chocolate flavor is a bit high though.
