Wow....so far Im really loving living in OKC compared to Tulsa! So much more happening that I find interesting.
When: July 13, 14, and 15 from 7-8:30 pm

What would I do?:
Based on previous feedback, we're would like to clarify that this course will cover knowledge required to begin meditating without which this meditation won't be effective and beneficial.
This course introduces the following:
* Understanding & improving thought patterns by knowing the self
* Meditation to detach yourself/your mind from negative influences and recharging your inner self
* Drawing strength from the Supreme Source
* Understanding the law of cause and effect
* Developing inner powers
(Everything in color was copied and pasted....*I'M* not hosting/running this event)
I googled it and read up more on it--they advocate a vegetarian/vegan diet! :D
