I had never heard of this product. Anyone tried it?

I have! They have it at several restaurants throughout the St. Louis area. Never actually purchased it and prepped it myself though.

I've worked with it some at home. It's pretty good, but pretty pricey as well.

The "pork" is excellent. I sautee it in a cast iron skillet on medium low heat until it gets a crispy skin.
