Well I hope you can help me. For the past 2 months I've been working out really hard following a strict diet aswell with lots of protein, carbohydrates, fiber, etc.

I work out 3 days a week M/W/F 1 to 1 and a half hours. Wednesdays and fridays are when I feel more energetic and eager to workout (and it has given me resoults) but I always, always get fatigued on mondays.

I'm not sure if it's a psycological thing because I wake up early in the morning have 5 to 6 small meals a day (including multi vitamin).

My workout is split this way: 2 body parts a day

M: Legs and shoulders
W: Chest and Biceps
F: Back and Triceps

No matter what combination I try I always get fatigued on the second body part.

Are you bumping your intake on weight days? Also Legs are a big body part, to work them properly, it is best they have their own day.

id suggest getting a blood test just to rule out it being a diet problem. it problem isnt, but its the most sensible place to start.
