Bought this today and it is so good! Smells and tastes just like parmesan (though somewhat less salty)! I put it on my rice and beans and I plan on topping spaghetti with soy crumbles with it.

have you tried making your own? its sooo yummy and far cheaper! i can pm you the recipe i use. almonds, N.Y., salt and miso in the food processor--pure yumminess!

Something similar to parmesan but IMO tastier is toasting breadcrumbs with a little olive oil and garlic. It's a lot cheaper than any kind of cheese or cheese substitute if you save all your bread heels in the freezer to make the breadcrumbs.

I'm allergic to nuts and all the recipes I see for grated 'cheezy' toppings contain them, including yours. :/
I even thought all the commercial ones contain nuts. Parma! contains nuts I think. So I was really excited to see this nut-free grated topping, and more excited that it actually tasted like parm.
