I don't know if anyone else saw this but it's from my hometown. I couldn't believe my eyes when I first saw the story.:cry: People just don't get it?! Animals are just like humans! (only better in my opinion!) They need the basics just like us-food,water and shelter. His punishment should be the same thing he did that poor dog. :mad:
