Instructions:

Mix the lemon juice, mustard, and veggie oil together to create a sauce. It can be thick or thin depending on how much of each ingredient you put in it. Hard boil the eggs and the peel there shells off. Cut them in half and take the yolks out. Put them in a container that you can put in the fridge and put the sauce on them. Make sure to whoosh it around so all eggs get it on them. Place it in the refrigerator over night and you will have your food the next day.

why are you taking the yolks out, and do you put them back in later, or what?

This portion of your recipe is unclear:

Cut them in half and take the yolks out. Put them in a container that you can put in the fridge and put the sauce on them.

So once you've whooshed the egg yolks around in the lemon sauce and have them the next day, what do you do with the egg whites? (Sorry, I think most people will get it, but someone drastically unfamiliar with what you're going for could make this mistake.)

You take the yolks out completely...You can eat them or throw them away or do whatever you want with them. You use the egg whites for the recipe
