best veggieburger?

i know everyone had different tastes and such, but i'd really like to know which brand most people prefer...
the only ones i've tried are gardenburgers (yuck) but it would be too pricy to buy every brand and do a taste test for myself.
which brand do you like the best?

I really like Amy's California burger. It's great grilled with BBQ sauce. :lick: It's more of a "veggie" burger than a soy one trying to imitate meat, which I like.

I've never met a veggieburger that I liked. There have been some I've had that are ok plain or with a slice of tomato, but add ketchup and I think I'll yuke...and I love ketchup. It's like people make these things just to sell them, not to make good tasting food for veg peeps. Just my opinion.

Hmm... I on the other hand LOVE Gardenburgers. I'm not so fond of Morningstar brand... and I definitely do not like Boca much. Er, actually there was a pizza kind I really liked. I think it was Morningstar that it was. That was actually really good, but I was lacto-ovo then and I am pretty positive it's not vegan. I don't know what you're looking for.

The best one I have had so far was the original gardenburger. That is the one that used to be made with mozzarella cheese, instead of the current version...
I use used to eat them all the time, before the switched to cheddar cheese.
I am dissapointed in all the others...Boca is gross...Morningstar Prime Grillers were ok, but they have egg whites in them...I have a box of amys california burgers I am going to try next...Has anyone tried the Texas burger? How was it?

Gardenburger Chicken Patty is really good and I also like GardenVegan, Sunshine Burgers are also yummy. These are my faves and I will have to try Amy's Burgers out next :) Shannon
