For those of you who are into things like weightlifting, what do your macros look like? As in your %from all of them, thanks!

I don't really do macros at the moment but when I was trying to add some strength & size a few months ago (prior to the start of football season), my macros were something like 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat.

The amount of protein was probably rather superfluous.
The fat was mostly good fat. The main fat sources were flax seed oil tablets, avocados and nuts.

For someone weight training 4X week or more, I would recommend 0.8 - 1.0 g protein per lb LBM, something around 0.5 g fat / lb LBM, the balance in carbs keeping in mind that 150-200 g is a guideline unless you are bulking.

For total calories, 15 kcal / lb of BW is usually around maintenance for the average trainee below 40 years old.
