Juicy vegan marble cake

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet


Preparation Time: 70 minutes
Serves: 12


Ingredients:

350 g of flour
200 g of margarine
1 package vanilla sugar
250 g of sugar
450 g of soy drink
18 g of baking powder
30 g of baking cocoa
1 flask (or teaspoon) of baking flavour "bitter almond"
1 flask (or teaspoon) of baking flavour "rum"


Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except for the cocoa and the rum-flavour to a homogeneous dough. Weigh about 560g of the dough an mix in the cocoa and the rum-flavouring. Take a bundt cake form, grease it out (with some margarine) and disperse some breadcrumbs. First put in the dark dough and then put the light dough on it. Scramble both doughs slightly with a fork. Put the cake in a pre-heatened oven (170°C / 340°F) and let it bake for appox. 50 minutes. Take out the cake and let it cool down inside the form. Topple the cake and enjoy.
